THERAPEUTIC SERVICES

In my therapeutic practice, I work with individuals, couples and families on areas of life that have become stuck or problematic. This could include anything from losing a job or a loved one, experiencing painful relationship dynamics in a couple, household or multigenerational family, or facing a challenging event or circumstance beyond the usual.

I believe that when we engage authentically with the difficulties in our lives, we can come away with a bigger, stronger sense of ourselves that contributes to a high quality of life and relationships going forward.
