Reconciliation

Sometimes separation brings an opportunity to step back and reflect without the day-to-day triggers that can keep us in our reactive modes.

Once our system has calmed down, possibilities can sometimes surface that lead one or both partners to reconsider.

How I Help

I provide a highly assisted forum for couples that wish to consider reconciling, to sit with what has brought them to this place and to learn and grow in ways that may change the course of the relationship.

It is of course not possible to guarantee reconciliation. At the same time, even if this is not possible, it is possible to have a better understanding of what happened, closure and to come to appreciate the love that was.
